To me, this is as simple as having a 'Skip' button (to move to the next bill). When I'm in the voting booth, I can choose to skip a question; why should Countable be any different?!
In my view this is the single biggest problem with Countable. There are issues that I care deeply about, but I cannot even see all the bills unless I vote on bills that I either don't care about or am ambivalent about.

Currently in order to delete an account, a user must contact our customer support directly. However, I could see how this process could be simplified. What does everyone think?
