Highlight aspects of bills that are unrelated to the actual purpose of the bill (pork - riders)

If there any funds appropriated for other purposes calling out at the beginning show the pork

I like this idea- campaign adds center around so & so voting for or against an issue when it reality the candidate may have voted based on the unrelated rider. For example a child nutrition bill getting a nay vote because of a rider permitting an increase in the amounts of pollutants allowed in the discharge of power plants. Or the reverse: a bill limiting pollution that would defund child nutrition programs.

If there are funds allocated for other purposes in the bill it would be cool to have a section with bullet points highlighting the big "pork" pieces. It may make a difference in voting knowing someone is getting a big chunk of change that may not impact the general public, the legislation being voted on, etc.
