I suggest Countable ...

Provide filters to make it easier to find bills I care about

I would prefer to see the information that I have not yet voted. Rather than scrolling through all the ones I have voted to click More, scrolling etc to get to the bottom

Great idea! This makes a lot of sense.

What types of filters would you like to see? We can envision:
    - Bills I have not voted on
    - Bills with votes soon
    - Bills by topic (though we have views for this already)

    What else?

Bills by topic would be great! Sometimes I want to search through the issues, but there are just so many of them that a filter to reduce them to various topics would really help. I don't think you would need to come up with a list of topics. It should be possible to allow the user to enter the topic manually in a text field (such as marriage or climate change or voting laws) and let the user search through all the bills regardless of which category of ISSUES they have been assigned to.

I like to see the "trivial" bills. It tells me that my representatives have too much time on their hands. I actually recommend Countable so friends can be active, but also so they can see all the junk bills. It shows me how broken government is.

Maybe move them to a new section of voted on bills.

So have a filter criteria on the top when the user scrolls down. A suggestion of permanent criterias would be to take in consideration the top 3-5 criteria that's popular on the search
